CHERRY FESTIVAL PRINTS

CHERRY FESTIVAL PRINTS

About the Contest
The National Cherry Festival Commemorative Print Competition is an annual contest open to adults across the country as well as students (4th/5th grade, Middle School and High School) in our 5-county region of Antrim, Benzie, Grand Traverse, Kalkaska, and Leelanau.

The official contest began in 1992, but there are prints on record since 1986. Since the National Cherry Festival office partnered with Bulls-i, Inc. in 2013 to manage this competition, the awareness has grown and other prints are being presented as early as 1972.
And the 2017 Winner is....Peyton Campbell
Congratulations to our Top 3 finalists:

1st Place: Peyton Campbell

2nd Place: Ally Brooks

3rd Place: Jami Stinnet

In 2017, there were over 100 fine art and graphic designed pieces submitted for consideration. An awards ceremony took place on May 3, 2017 at the TBA Career Tech Center recognizing the Top 30 students, the Top 5 People's Choice recipients and the combined (adult/student) Overall Finalists.

Thank you to our panel of judges and the thousands of people who took part in the selection process!
